Returns policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with the goods you have received. We pride ourselves in providing customer satisfaction, however, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange*. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached where applicable.

  • Refunds may only be paid on the same payment card used to place the order.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your poof of purchase and your reasons for returning the item, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not be liable for any goods lost in return transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods such as food

  • Services which have begun with your agreement, before the end of the 14 day cooling-off period.

  • Any goods that cannot be returned or exchanged for safety or hygeine reasons.

  • Where plants have been ordered, please ensure you remove plants from their package immediately and water if necessary as we cannot be held responsible for damage to plant health caused by them being left in their packaging beyond the date of delivery.

For sale items, a credit note or exchange of goods will be offered.
